Featuring industry thought-leaders and personalities, NYFW: The Talks, part of the NYFW: The Shows, returns to New York Fashion Week (NYFW) this season with two-panel conversations.  The first panel will be “The Art of Styling,” with The Wall Group stylists, Tiffany Reid and Solange Franklin, and Vêtir Founder and CEO Kate Davidson Hudson.

The next panel is “Fashion in Balance,” discussing the importance of wellness in fashion with Remedy Place Founder and CEO, Dr. Jonathan Leary, designer Johnathan Simkhai, and IMG Model and illustrator Monica Ahanonu.

Kate Davidson Hudson is the Founder & CEO of Vêtir, an AI-driven smart shopping, styling and digital closet app with patented, first-of-its kind technology. Hudson is a pioneer in digital content, and has been working in the industry for over 15 years. Before launching Vétir she was the Chief Development Officer of LuisaViaRoma and has held editorial positions at Elle and Harper’s Bazaar.

Tiffany Reid is a New York-based stylist and brand consultant, as well as the Senior Vice President of Fashion for Bustle Group. Reid’s editorial contributions can be found in W, Elle, InStyle, Allure, Seventeen, Marie Claire, and Cosmopolitan, and she has lent her expertise on Good Morning America, NY Live, and ABC’s The List.

Solange Franklin is a New York-based stylist, editor, and brand consultant, who brings refinement and inclusivity to her work. Franklin styles covers for international editions of Vogue and Elle, as well as editorials for Allure and Teen Vogue in addition to celebrity clientele, including Solange Knowles, Venus Williams, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Zazie Beetz to name a few.

Dr. Jonathan Leary is the Founder and CEO of Remedy Place, the world’s first Social Wellness Club®. At the intersection of design, self-care, and human connection, Dr. Leary and Remedy Place are architecting a profound shift in the landscape of the $10+ trillion healthcare industry. Beyond his leadership at Remedy Place, Dr. Leary is a sought-after speaker and advisor. His expertise has been featured in Vogue, The Times UK, as well as on the Today Show. 

Jonathan Simkhai is a celebrated New York-based womenswear designer. As an early inductee to the CFDA Incubator program, he quickly developed an eye for craft and quality. Today he leads the brand’s creative studio, drawing inspiration from his travels and the cities he and his husband call home. 

Monica Ahanonu is a Los Angeles-based illustrator, model and creator known for her expertise in color theory and vector illustration. Monica’s diverse client roster spans brands across fashion, media, and publishing, including Ruggable, Vanity Fair, GAP, Facebook, Apple, Target, Google, UGG, Netflix, and Sephora.
