Tubi, Fox Media’s free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) platform, will live-stream Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9 from the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The big game will be streamed in 4K UHD and marks the first time a major sports event will be made available to a free ad-supported VOD streaming service.
As part of a “Super Bowl LIX takeover,” Fox Sports, exclusively broadcasting the event, disclosed the Tubi access on January 15, 2025. Additionally, Tubi will feature a “Tubi Red Carpet at Super Bowl LIX ,” hosted by former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, across the platform’s 97 million monthly active users.
Starting Jan. 28, the NFL Channel on Tubi will feature Super Bowl highlights, including analysis and past halftime performances. Fox Sports also integrates its primetime sports personalities across its digital and broadcast platforms.
The Big Game will stream for free on Tubi, Fox’s ad-supported video service and requires no registration. Fox last had the game in 2023, and while it streamed for free without pay-TV authentication on the Fox Sports app and website, Tubi was not included.
